It reminds me of an Unreal Tournament 2004 map for some reason. I think there may have been one with ferns in an old factory somewhere. Anyway, it's an interesting photo. :-)

Cool shot, although I don't think its abandoned anymore. Those plants look to be too organized and there's some fresh soil movement there.

A leak in the roof would soak the whole area in water meaning plants wouldnt necessarily grow in a straight line. Only reason plants grow in line like that is if someone planted them like that and they're being tended to.

Some are growing in larger areas but the ones in a row are directly where the roof is only starting to rot.

This place is well abandoned, for the organisation of the plants, I don't know, maybe it is because of the direction of the light coming from the roof, but for the soil movement, this are just footprints of explorers, and there are also some traces of bike riders, but that's all. A lot of abandoned place are quite frequented by different kind of people... ;-)
